Our principal, Robby Marion, began his career as a Banker before transitioning into Finance and Management for a local entrepreneur. He then moved on to Legal Administration for a prominent South Carolina Law Firm. He has spent the last 26 years as the Human Resource & Business Leader for a Southeast based family of companies.
Our experience is across all areas of Human Resources & Business, including but not limited to, Strategic Planning, Employee Relations, Organizational Culture, Leadership and Employee Development, Succession Planning, and Selecting Great Teams. We particularly appreciate providing guidance on Escalated Employee Issues.
Robby has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, a Masters of Business Administration, and is SPHR and SHRM-SCP Certified.
Through many years of people management and HR & Business Leadership experience, we have learned to use a results driven attitude and an ability to design creative and innovative approaches in order to yield the best possible outcome in every situation.
