Our principal, Robby Marion, got his start as a Banker before working in Finance and Management for a local entrepreneur. He then moved on to Legal Administration for a prominent South Carolina Law Firm. He has spent the last 24 years as the Human Resource Leader for a Southeast based family of companies.
Our experience is across all areas of Human Resources, including but not limited to, Strategic Planning, Employee Relations, Organizational Culture, Leadership and Employee Development, Succession Planning, and Selecting Great Teams. We particularly appreciate providing guidance on Escalated Employee Issues.
Robby has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, a Masters of Business Administration, and is SPHR and SHRM-SCP Certified.
Through many years of people management and HR Leadership experience, we have learned to use a results driven attitude and an ability to design creative and innovative approaches in order to yield the best possible outcome in every situation. Our passion is finding a meaningful way to help people in any environment achieve their maximum potential which leads to ultimate business success.
